Garbage bins don’t have to
look like garbage.

We build a locked, good-looking enclosure around your 506 Junk bin. Your lot looks better, and nobody dumps in your bin but your tenants.

  • Quoted per site, with a photo mock-up first
  • Add it to any bin service
  • Built and serviced by one local crew

From the corner everyone avoids to a corner that adds value.

Drag the handle. The only difference is the enclosure and a few planters.

Before: a bare bin in the corner of an apartment lot, with bags, boxes and a mattress dumped beside it
After: the same corner with a tidy cedar and black steel enclosure and planters
Before After

Pick the look that suits your building.

Every style is built to fit our bins, with room to open the lid and the front door. Each one is quoted per site.

An enclosure pays you back every day.

Curb appeal

The bin area is the first thing people see from the street. Make it a feature, not a flaw. Better first impressions help when you’re showing a unit.

Stops illegal dumping

A locked gate means outsiders can’t drop mattresses and bags into your bin or beside it. Your tenants have a walk-in gate, everyone else doesn’t.

A tidier lot

Lids stay closed, bags stay put, and gulls and wind stay out. The bin is hidden, and the pad around it stays clean.

From site visit to serviced by hand.

  1. Site visit

We walk your lot, measure the spot and check where the crew will reach the bin. It’s free.

  2. Design and quote

You get a site plan, a photo mock-up and a fixed quote. Nothing is built until you approve it.

  3. We build it

Our crew builds on site in a few days, sets the bin inside and hands you the gate key.

  4. We service it by hand

On your schedule, the crew opens the gate and empties the bin through its front door. No big truck on your lot, and you get a photo after every visit.

Built for properties that care how they look.

  • Apartment owners and property managersFour to 24 units, one building or several. Same look across every address.
  • Small commercialOffices, restaurants, retail and small plazas that want the back lot to match the storefront.

Add it to any bin service. Already have a 506 Junk bin? We can build the enclosure around it. Starting fresh? We’ll set up the bin plan and the enclosure together. See bin service

How enclosure pricing works

Every enclosure is quoted per site. The price depends on the style, the size, the gate and roof you choose, and the ground it’s going on. You get a fixed quote after the free site visit, and it doesn’t change once you approve the mock-up. Ask us about rolling it into your monthly bin plan.

Before you build.

Do I need a permit, and how far from the property line?

It depends on your municipality and the zoning of your lot. Many municipalities treat a fence or screen under a certain height differently from a roofed structure, and some have setbacks from the street or neighbours. We check the rules for your address during the site visit and place the enclosure to comply. Owners and managers stay in charge of the final approval for their property.

What about snow and the plow?

We design for New Brunswick winters. Gates are hung 4 inches off the ground so they swing over snow, posts are set in concrete or bolted to the pavement, and we leave room to push snow around the enclosure. Steel bollards can protect the corners from plows and cars.

How much maintenance is there?

Very little. Chain-link and powder-coated steel need almost nothing. Cedar can be left to weather to silver or stained every few years, and we can match the stain to your building. Our crew checks the gate and latch on each service visit and tells you if anything needs attention.

Can I add an enclosure to a bin I already rent?

Yes. An enclosure can be added to any 506 Junk bin service, either at the start or later. We build it around the bin that’s already on site.

How long does it take?

The build itself takes one to three days on site depending on the style. Allow time before that for the site visit, the mock-up and your approval. We’ll give you a date range with the quote.

Who can get into the enclosure?

The gate is lockable and padlock-ready. Give the key or code to whoever needs it, and add a tenant walk-in gate so residents can drop bags without opening the main gates. Our crew uses the main gate on service days.
