Site check
Tell us about your property. We look at the spot, the access and how much garbage you make, then recommend a 4 or 6 yard bin and a pickup schedule.
Bin placed, enclosure built if you want one
We set the bin on corner foot plates in your lot. Add an enclosure and we build it around the bin so it looks tidy and keeps outsiders from dumping.
Serviced by hand on a schedule
Weekly, every two weeks or monthly. Our crew opens the front door and empties the bin by hand. No big truck drives in.
Photo log and invoice
Every visit gets a photo. One flat monthly invoice covers the bin and all scheduled pickups.
An optional add-on. Chain-link with slats, cedar, or modern slat with a black steel frame.

We measure the spot, check gate swing and crew access, and note your building's colours and materials.

You choose the style and options like a lockable gate or a roof. We send you the plan and a quote for your site.

Our crew builds it on site around your bin, usually in a day or two depending on the style.

A cleaner lot, a bin that is locked away from outside dumping, and the same hand service through the front door.

We price by how much of our truck and trailer your load fills: an eighth, a quarter, a half and so on. Big or unusual items are noted up front.
We haul it
Our crew arrives in a pickup truck with a dump trailer, carries everything out and sweeps up. You approve the price before we lift.
No big truck in your small lot
A standard garbage truck is heavy, wide and hard on pavement. In a small apartment or plaza lot it can crack asphalt, scrape curbs and block your tenants.
- Our bins have a 2 foot door on the front. The crew opens it and empties the bin by hand.
- We arrive with a pickup truck and trailer, not a front-load truck.
- Your pavement, curbs and parking stay as you left them.
Common questions
How does pricing work?
Bin service is a flat monthly fee per bin, set by bin size and how often we empty it. Junk removal is priced by how much of the truck your load fills. Enclosures are quoted for your site. Ask for a quote and you get the number before anything happens.
Is there a contract?
No. Bin service is month to month. Give us 30 days' notice and we collect the bin.
What goes in the bin?
Everyday garbage only: household and office trash. Bulky items, mattresses, appliances and renovation debris go through one-time junk removal instead.
